Booking Terms & Conditions

We want every appointment to run smoothly and provide the best possible experience for our clients. Please read the following booking terms carefully before confirming your appointment. By making a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Booking Deposit

A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been successfully received.

The deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit. A new deposit may be required before another appointment can be booked.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may reduce the time available for your treatment so that we do not delay appointments scheduled after yours.

If you arrive too late for the treatment to be carried out safely or within the remaining appointment time, we may need to reschedule your appointment. In this situation, your deposit may be forfeited and a new deposit may be required.

Before Your Appointment

Please follow all pre-treatment instructions provided to you. These instructions are designed to help you prepare appropriately and achieve the best possible treatment experience and results.

Before treatment, please tell us about any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy or breastfeeding, or recent treatments/procedures. This information helps us determine whether your chosen treatment is appropriate and safe for you.

We reserve the right to postpone or decline a treatment where we believe it would not be appropriate or safe to proceed.

Treatment Results

Treatment results can vary from person to person. Individual outcomes may depend on factors including your skin, body, lifestyle, medical history and how closely aftercare instructions are followed. Specific results cannot be guaranteed.

Aftercare

After your treatment, you may be given specific aftercare instructions. Please follow these carefully to support your recovery, minimise the risk of complications and help achieve the best possible results.
